The Department of Water Resources commissioned the joint consulting firms to organize the Project Orientation Seminar and Focus Group Discussions under the Project on Budgetary Operations for Developing Criteria and Indicators to Support the River Health Index. These sessions were held across 6 pilot sub-river basins as detailed below:

The objective of these meetings was to present and brief the overall project overview, the current indicators, and the (Draft) Criteria and Indicators for the River Health Index (RHI), followed by collaborative brainstorming activities within the focus groups.
