Capacity Building Workshop on Enhancing Knowledge and Understanding for Department of Water Resources Officials

On December 11, 2025, Mr. Pongphat Samoekham, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Water Resources, presided over the opening of the Capacity Building Workshop on Enhancing Knowledge and Understanding. This workshop was organized under the Project on Budgetary Operations for Developing Criteria and Indicators to Support the River Health Index. Miss Boontida Plengsaeng, Director of the Water Resources Bureau, along with relevant officials, also attended the event.
